Your agreement with Exabasis
These terms apply when you create or use an Exabasis workspace under this version. By accepting them, you confirm that you can act for the organization represented by that workspace. A separate written agreement signed by Exabasis controls where it expressly replaces these terms.
Service access and availability
Exabasis provides access to the service for your organization. Features, formats, and availability may change, and either you or Exabasis may end access. Where practical, Exabasis will communicate a material service closure through the account email address.
Workspace and authorized use
The workspace Owner controls membership. You are responsible for inviting only authorized people, assigning appropriate roles, protecting credentials, and keeping account information current. You may use the service only lawfully and may not probe, disrupt, bypass, reverse engineer, resell, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.
Data and accounting responsibility
You retain rights in and responsibility for the data you provide and must have authority to process it. Exabasis supports calculations, evidence, review, and approved data releases; you remain responsible for professional tax and accounting judgment, review, approval, source records, filings, and independent backups. Submit production, client-confidential, or regulated information only under an agreement that covers its applicable legal, security, confidentiality, residency, and retention requirements.
Warranty and service commitments
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exabasis makes no warranty and does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular uptime target, or a support response time except where a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Product rights and feedback
Exabasis and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, and documentation. You retain rights in your workspace data. If you choose to provide feedback, Exabasis may use it to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you, provided that use does not disclose your confidential workspace data.
